1. Who is responsible?

2. What cookies do
Cookies are small pieces of information a website asks your browser to store. They can support a requested service, remember a choice or help measure how a website is used. Our service-preference feature concerns activity on the Robinsons website. It does not give us access to your searches on Google or other websites.
3. Your optional choices
Optional analytics and service preferences are separate choices. Both start switched off. Choose Accept optional, Reject optional, or Manage choices in the cookie controls. Use Cookie settings to review or change the choice later. We do not make access to our services conditional on accepting optional tracking.
A recognised Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps both optional categories off. Logged-in users are excluded from our website analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent you from asking for a quotation or submitting an enquiry.

5. What our analytics records
Our own measurement code sends a page path and limited event information such as a broad service category, a telephone or email link click, or the identifier of a form that reported a successful send. A link click is not treated as a completed enquiry. We do not copy form names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message text or buyer-role answers into our analytics events. We remove query strings and fragments from the page address supplied by our code.
Google Analytics may process browser, device, network and usage information to provide its service. Google may process information outside the United Kingdom. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing. Any enquiry security checks provided by Google are also subject to its applicable privacy information.
6. Advertising and outside search history
This setup does not deploy advertising pixels, cross-site remarketing or advertising audiences. Google advertising storage, advertising user-data consent and ad personalisation are kept denied, and Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our Analytics configuration. Service preferences remain on this website and are not sold or shared as an advertising audience.
7. Changing or withdrawing permission
Use Cookie settings, change the optional choices and select Save my choices. You can also select Reject optional. This removes our service-interest cookie and accessible Google Analytics cookies and stops subsequent events from our code. Withdrawal does not retrospectively remove reports already received by Google. You can clear website data or block cookies using your browser settings, which may also remove the record of your choice.
8. Enquiries and email updates
Information you submit in an enquiry is handled to respond to your request. An optional buyer-role field helps the team understand the requirement; it is not consent to online tracking. The separate optional email-updates checkbox expresses an email preference. Cookie consent and an enquiry do not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
