The Best Western Cedar Court Hotel is a grade II listed building, dating back to 1671.
With large energy bills and an unreliable heating system which they had inherited from the previous owners, The Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate decide to upgrade to a high efficiency system to achieve greater fuel savings and reduce carbon emissions. We replaced the two old cast iron boilers with 6 modern condensing boilers, providing up to 98% efficiency.
As the installation took place in a working hotel, we only had limited shutdown periods to complete the job. We complied with this at all times, minimising any disruption to the hotel, its services and its guests. Not only has The Cedar Court Hotel achieved its target of reducing energy bills, it is now greener on the whole with a reduction in CO₂ emissions from the fan dilution system. We have also undertaken other installation/alteration works at various Cedar Court Hotel sites.Back to News
